Antioxidant Vitamins are natural free radical scavenger and play an important role in terms of scavenging free radicals and protecting biomolecules. Replenishing antioxidants in time can improve immunity, prevent chronic diseases or cancer and resist aging. In this thesis, the synthesis of functional derivatives of Vitamin C and Vitamin E which are more stable, easier to absorb were studied through chemical and enzymatic methods.Contents of this thesis are divided into the following three parts based on product categories:(1) Enlarged process of L-ascorbyl-2-monophosphate synthesis and separationFor modification of Vitamin C, group protection method was used for L-ascorbyl-2-monophosphate (AMP) synthesis, yield> 85%. And electrodialysis separation technology was used for removing Cl- (removal rate of>95%) and changing IAMP to AMP (deprotection rate=100%). The cost of 10t annual industrialization production of AMP is about 4.719 million yuan by process evaluation.(2) Synthesis of L-ascorbyl-2-phosphate-6-fatty acidSynthesis of L-ascorbyl-2-phosphate-6-fatty acid (APF) was studied based on AMP. And in this work, finally, using succinic anhydride as acyl donors, APF was synthesized successfully in ionic liquid (IL, [C5MIm]Cl ect.) catalytic system, which overcomes the problem that the low solubility of the substrate AMP in normal solvent, opens up a new method of synthesizing APF and provide a new thought of hard esterification.(3) Synthesis of tocopheryl succinateReveal the novel enzymatic synthesis mechanism of tocopheryl succinate (TOS), the new mechanism is as follows:Lipase-catalyzedâ†'protein catalyzed â†' histidine catalyzedâ†'imidazole catalyzedAccording to the esterification mechanism research and the features of reaction system, [C5MIm]Cl, as the representative of ILs in this study, have been screened to be both catalyst and solvent (reaction time 1h, conversion≈ 100%). And an efficient and eco-friendly novel catalytic system for antioxidant Vitamins derivatives synthesis has been built.
