Clinical Observation Of Nuclide Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Osteochondral Lesions Of The Talar

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy on nuclide(Technetium [99Tc] Methylenediphosphonate,99Tc-MDP,Yunke)combined with traditional Chinese medicine on before and after treatment in patients with osteochondral lesions of the talus(OLT) pain degree change, AOFAS score changes, the application of SPECT/CT examination effect evaluation.To test for the significance of of 99Tc-MDP combined with traditional Chinese medicine on osteochondral lesions of the talus. Methods: Select into standard of 75 patients with OLT. 75 patients, based on the principles of the distribution of the randomized, controlled, divide into three groups,25 cases in each. The Chinese medicine group: the method of activating blood and dreding meridian.Taking Chinese traditional medicine 2 times erery day.30 days make up one course of treatment. Yunke group: only given 99Tc-MDP therapy of intravenous drip, once daily, 22 mg each time, treatment of 30 consecutive days. Combined group: using 99Tc-MDP combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for 30 days in a course. The three groups were observed after six months of the end of the treatment. Comparison of changes in 3 groups on pain score, AOFAS score,SPECT inspection.Finally make a statistical analysis between the three sets of results, draw the conclusion.Results: Before treatment, there were no significance between 3 groups in age, gender, course of disease and the degree of pain.After the treatment, there were significant difference between the three groups in pain effect(P<0.05).The results showed that the total effective rates of the 3 groups were 80% in the Chinese medicine group, 84% in Yunke group, 92% in combined group. The significant difference in AOFAS score comparison were shown between the 3 groups(P<0.05). The total effective rates in traditional Chinese medicine group was 76%, Yunke group was 80%, the combined group was 92%.There were significant differences in the SPECT/CT range comparison(P<0.05).The total effective rates in traditional Chinese medicine group was 73.68%, Yunke group was80.93%, the combined group was 88.89%. Conclusion: 1. 99Tc-MDP combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of OLT, can relieve and even complete pain relief, improve the AOFAS score,promote the repair of bone metastases; 2. Use the SPECT/CT inspection method can reflect directly the tissue metabolism changes and the anatomical changes, objective assessment of curative effect.
