【Objective】:This experiment by detecting the expression of TLR9 and ADAM17 protein in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in the organization, so as to explore the two in esophageal squamous carcinoma occurrence, development and the role of invasion, metastasis and its correlation, analyze them and the relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics of esophageal cancer. For the early diagnosis of esophageal cancer, treatment and prevention to provide more scientific basis.【Methods】:This experiment by immunohistochemistry of EnVisionTM to detect 81 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and 30 cases in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma TLR9 and ADAM17 protein expression. In esophageal cancer tissue were compared and the differences in the expression of tissue adjacent to carcinoma, and analyze the TLR9、ADAM17 expression in esophageal tissue and the relationship with clinical and pathological features and the relationship between the two. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for data processing.【Results】:1. In 81 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma tissue samples of TLR9、ADAM17 expression rate is 69.1% and 72.8%, respectively, in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma, the expression of TLR9 and ADAM17 rate were 30.0% and 26.7% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). 2. TLR9 protein expression associated with tumor clinical staging(χ2=6.370,P <0.01), the depth of invasion( χ 2=5.569,P <0.05) and the lymph node metastases(χ2=6.860,P <0.01); ADAM17 protein expression associated with tumor clinical staging(χ2=7.675,P <0.01), the depth of invasion(χ2=7.624,P <0.01) and the lymph node metastasis(χ2=6.560,P <0.05). 3. The relationship between the TLR9 and ADAM17 protein expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues,the relationship between the spearman rank correlation analysis, which express the correlation(P <0.05), and there was a positive correlation(r = 0.372).【Conclusion】:1. TLR9 highly expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues, TLR9 in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues with tumor, invasion depth, and presence of lymph node metastasis, clinical stage. 2. ADAM17 highly expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues, ADAM17 in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues with tumor clinical stage, invasion depth, and presence of lymph node metastasis related closely related. 3. The expression of TLR9 and ADAM17 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue was positively correlated, and that they in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of having the effect that promote each other. Joint detection the expression of TLR9 and ADAM17 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the organizations can be used as reference in clinical judgment esophageal cancer staging and grading.
