Altitude Hypertension is a complex disease affected by a variety of genetic defects.The high incidence and high morbidity of it caused great threat to people’s health that living in Plateau area. The special environment of hypoxia is recognized as risk factors of Plateau hypertension research now.The study found that HIF1 A exists only in the hypoxic cell’s nucleus. But the HIF-1B has expression in nucleus and cytoplasm in any case.In the case of constant oxygen the expression quantity of HIF1 A are really few. But in the condition of low oxygen the expression quantity of HIF1 A is greatly increased. Since HIF1 A influences the production of erythrocyte the hyperplasia, the hyperplasia and apoptosis of cell and other physiological, pathological procedures, and stimulates tissues to adaptively respond to hypoxia, the HIF1 A is therefore a cell factor to protect the kidney. There exist reports related to such issue both at home and abroad, but mainly focused on acute or chronic kidney injury, ischemia and/or hypoxia induced kidney injury, and transplant, etc. which is less reported in Plateau hypertension.With the continuous development of high-throughput sequencing technologies, biological data met the explosive growth. The establishment of the biological data center and the database provide a platform foundation for us that mining valuable knowledge and rules. Bioinformatics development up to now, the focus of the researchers has shifted from the accumulation of data to the analysis of that, especially the correlation between gene polymorphism and the correlation of disease research has become a hot spot.This paper mainly introduces the biological data and biological database, sequence alignment algorithm as well as to the biological information analysis software at home and abroad. Then build the Biomart data analysis platform on the basis of previous studies. Provide the method of installation and configuration of the virtual machine and the bilinux system. Then install and configure the JAVA language under the Linux system. Compile and imperative programming to download the Biomart source code. The platform’s completion provides a simple and quick analysis platform and data query window for latter research.Another important content of the study is the search for computation of HIF1 A and polymorphisms of binding sites. The alignment algorithm, build analysis data fragment model and method of SIPeS software for data processing, analysis of HIF1 A gene polymorphism loci, processing and calculate the forecast. Using the alignment algorithm, analysis of construction data segment model, SIPeS software for data processing, analysis, processing and computational prediction the polymorphism of HIF1 A.Finally, we calculate the two SNP loci C1772 T and G1790 A, which provides the basis for Plateau hypertension from the genetic level for screening high-risk groups.
