Objecttives:Objective evaluation on the therapeutic of the method of happy liver and dissipate nodules about improvement of symptoms and the quality of life for postoperative patients with breast cancer of liver depression and phlegm condensationMethods:Collect 30 postoperative patients with breast cancer who see doctor of Henan Province Hospital of TCM in Outpatient service or in the inpatient from November 2013 to November 2014,and whose syndrome is differentiationed of liver depression and phlegm condensation.All the patients oral Loubeixiaoyao Powder. Observe the clinical symptoms of liver depression and phlegm condensation (chest tightness,often have a deep sigh,depression and impatience,insomnia and dream,mouth is bitter,anorexia,pain,Abdominal distension) and quality of life of the Karnofsky performance status(KPS score)before and after treatment.All data were processed to adopt SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Measurement data usie t test and mean 土 standard deviation (x±S).There are differences in statistical when P<0.05.Results:1.After treatmeant, a significant difference was found about improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of liver depression and phlegm condensation (chest tightness,often have a deep sigh,depression and impatience,insomnia and dream,mouth is bitter,anorexia,pain,Abdominal distension) (P<0.05).It indicates that The method of happy liver and dissipate nodules can obviouslv improve the clinical svmotoms of2.traditional Chinese medicine of liver depression and phlegm condensation, which of postoperative patients with breast cancer and iver depression and phlegm condensation.2.Before and after treatment.The curative effect of the quality of life score(KPS score) increased in 14cases, stable in 12 cases, decline in 4 cases(the total effective rate was 86.66%),the comparison of the quality of life score(KPS score) is P<0.05. It suggests that The method of happy liver and dissipate nodules can distinctly enhance the quality of breast cancer of liver depression and phlegm condensation symptoms patients’lives.3.To compare routine blood,Liver function, renal function before and after treatment,found that WBC,NEUT have improved (P<0.05),and HGB,ALT,AST,UREA,GREA have no Significant change.It suggests that The method of happy liver and dissipate nodules is safety of breast cancer of liver depression and phlegm condensation symptoms patients.Concluson:1.The method of happy liver and dissipate nodules can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of liver depression and phlegm condensation that postoperative patients with breast cancer received.2.The method of happy liver and dissipate nodules can effectively improve the quality of life of postoperative patients with breast cancer of iver depression and phlegm condensation symptoms.
