Effect Of Liver Qi Stagnation Method Of Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective:1.By studying the imaging features of the liver qi stagnation MCI patients, we want to discover the objective indicators of MCI diagnosis and treatment evaluation. 2. By examining the liver qi stagnation drugs on cognition in patients with liver qi stagnation MCI improved mechanism to explore its efficacy.2. Methods:1. Clinical epidemiological investigation method was applied to conduct a questionnaire survey on 46-65 years old volunteers recruited by Henan First Affiliated Hospital Medical Center, Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan College medical center and several big cmmunity of Zhengzhou City. Patients with liver syndrome symptoms screened by the 2004 International MCI diagnostic criteria,of which the liver qi stagnation syndrome were diagnosed by the criteria developed by Xu Zhiwei(2006).2. The magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS) of the liver qi stagnation MCI patients patients acquired by magnetic resonance systemsition GE3.0T to compare the difference between before and after treatment.3. Collectting the blood and urine samples of liver qi stagnation MCI patients to analysis the difference of urinary 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanosine(8-OHd G) lipid peroxidation(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay between before and after treatment.Results:1. To liver qi stagnation MCI patients, there is a significant difference between before and after treatment in 8-OHd G(P<0.05,)of; but SOD and LPO values before treatment after treatment compared with no significant change(P>0.05).2. After treatment, the level of NAA / MI on the right side in front of the hippocampus decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was significant(P < 0.05); relevant metabolites on the other brain regions have no significant difference compared to the level before treatment(P>0.05).3. Compared the Mo CA scores of liver qi stagnation MCI patients between before and after liver depression medication show that, depending on the space and execution, attention, language, abstract, delayed recall, orientation, scores were higher than the previous administration, the difference was statistically significant results(P<0.05) compared to previous scores and medication named no significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The spearheading liver qi stagnation method can improve cognitive function of liver qi stagnation MCI patients, in a certain extent, enhance the antioxidant capacity of the patient, slow down the liver qi stagnation situation leads to cognitive decline.
