The prevalence of MCI has nothing to do with high blood pressure, diabetes, ill.4. Take part in community activities, more contacts with friends and family,neighbors more contacts, chores and children communication, have a hobby, and takepart in physical exercise is protection factor of MCI, community intervention shouldgive priority to interpersonal communication, to engage in more physical exercise.
