Clinical Research Of Modified Nuangan Decoction In Treating Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Objective:To observe the effect of modified nuan gan Decoction on diabetic neurogenic bladder syndrome belongs to Liver and kidney deficiency type and explore the role of the mechanism.Methods:60 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder syndrome of Liver and kidney deficiency,were randomly divided into two Group, the 30 cases in the control group received basic therapy,which focuses on control of blood glucose,and given Methycobal treatment, 30 cases in the treatment group was given based on foundation treatment of modified nuan gan recipe, separately carries on the system of clinical research,focus on before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, bladder residual urine volume, blood sugar and blood lipid control, treatment for four weeks.Results:The clinical observation, the total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3 % and the control group was 56.6%,two groups of the total efficiency differences are statistically significant(P<0.01);the trial group in improving symptoms,reducing residual urine volume are significantly better than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy for the neurogenic bladder patients of Liver and kidney deficiency by modified nuan gan Decoction have good therapeutic effect...
