Study On The Distribution Features Of Tendon Points With The Meridian Blocking Syndrome Of Depressive State

Objective:In the depressive state,tendon points are the positive reaction points as the objective signs of meridian blocking syndrome which can be touched by meridian diagnostic.Tendon points can not only indicate where is the key part in this syndrome,but also be the treatment target to achieve the purpose of curing the syndrome.Purpose of this study is to analyze the rules of the tendon points,reveal where are the popular area and why they come to be here.In order to provide new ideas for the psychosomatic disease.Methods:July in 2014 to November in 2014,in accordance with the established the inclusion and exclusion criteria,in all Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital encephalopathy out-patients,we obtained 311 cases the meridian blocking syndrome of patient.The patients underwent completely examination about meridian and recorded the tendon points in the database.The research data depend on using frequency to describe,through the analysis of association rules analysis and frequency to statistics.Results:①The tendon points’ location is mainly in the lower limb and lower limb partition including right medial femoral region,left medial femoral region,left medial skin flap of the leg,right medial skin flap of the leg,right lateral femoral region,left vastus lateralis region,right sural region,left sural region,right foot dorsal region,left foot on the back of the.②Blocking parts of the common combination includes medial femoral and subclavian fossa,medial region of thigh and chest area,medial region of thigh and calf in the medial region of the lower limbs inside,medial crural region and scapular region,medial crural region and sternal region,right medial femoral region,temporal and scapular region.Conclusion:the tendon points mainly located in the muscle of the starting and ending point,abdominal muscle,fascia;the tendon points in a long belly of muscle or muscle belly edge mainly linear distribution; distribution reinforcement node and Jingjin walking closely related. The three yang meridians of hand tendon from hand to head, the circulation of, is just off the head of temporal regionand anterior region of arm. The three yang meridians of foot tendons running route is longer, but all through the nape, and meridian tendon is evidence for range exceeds its meridians,corresponding to node position, the thigh inside the three yin meridians of foot tendons afteror the intersec tion corresponds to lower limb inside.
