Based On The Meta Analysis Of Transporting Spleen Wet System Evaluation For The Treatment Of Functional Diarrhea

Object: Using the Cochrane system evaluation method for transporting spleen wet evaluate objectively the clinical efficacy of treatment of functional diarrhea, for reasonable selection and application of treatment measures to provide clinical research evidence.Methods: Comprehensive collection collected in January 1995- December 2014 published both at home and abroad, in accordance with the inclusion criteria to or combine traditional Chinese and western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine clinical trials for the treatment of FDi and set in the control group.Selection criteria, screening qualified research; The assessment of the quality of qualified research using the Jadad score standards, heterogeneity test, Meta- analysis was carried out on the effect index, funnel chart analysis, etc.Results: In this study, included 29 papers into the Meta- analysis, a total of 3132 patients with the research methods of literature study; evaluation of quality is generally low,The Jadad score 3 points and the following article28, 1 article 4 to 7 points;Meta analysis results:TCM transporting spleen wet treatment of FDi in the comprehensive curative effect, less adverse reaction and lower recurrence rate compared with western medicine treatment, have obvious advantages; Statistical experimental Chinese medicine use frequency, among them with the transporting spleen wet drugs primarily; For research into the line bias check, did not show "Inverted funnel chart", in the scatter distribution asymmetry, indicating the possibility of publication bias.Conclusion: Meta- analysis results show that under the guide of TCM theory,combined with clinical practical work, the Chinese medicine treatment the curative effect of FDi effect obviously and reduce the recurrence rate.However because of into the literature research and sample size, single methodological quality evaluation index, published the existence of bias,curative effect evaluation system is not sufficient, that there are still some limitations of this study.
