The Clinical Observation And Mechanism Analysis Of The Li Qi Qu Tan Acupuncture Therapy For The Qi-stagnancy With Phlegm-blocking Type OSAHS

Objective:To observe the effect of the li Qi Qu Tan acupuncture therapy,and comparing with the drug group,objectiving to evaluate the differences between the two groups,to interpret the mechanism of the li Qi Qu Tan acupuncture therapy for the Qi-stagnancy with Phlegm-blocking Type OSAHS.Methods:Grouped by the Doll’s clinical cases randomly table(the appendix one),34 cases being in accordance with inclusive criteria Qi-stagnancy with Phlegm-blocking type OSAHS were divided into two groups.17 cases for the acupuncture group and 17 cases for the drug group,the acupuncture group chose Lianquan, Baihui, Taiyuan, Danzhong, Fenglong, Zhaohai, Taichong, Shenshu, Feishu, Ganshu and the drug group chose the Fluoxetine treating the Qi-stagnancy with Phlegm-blocking type obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom(OSAHS),observing the variation of before and after two treatment courses of two groups patients in the polysomnography(PSG) and love splashing sleepiness scale(ESS)(the appendix two) and comparing the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Compared with before the treatment,the acupuncture group in the PSG indicators(AHI,SaO2)and the ESS score had significant difference(P<0.01).2.Compared with before the treatment,the drug group in the PSG indicators3.(AHI,SaO2)and the ESS score had significant difference(P<0.01).4.Compared with after the treatment,the overall effect between the acupuncture group and the drug group was statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.After the acupuncture group treatment,there were significant differences in the PSG indicators and the ESS score,showing that the li Qi Qu Tan acupuncture therapy in the treatment of the Qi-stagnancy with Phlegm-blocking type OSAHS had significant effect.2.After the drug treatment,there were significant differences in the PSG indicators and the ESS score,showing that the li Qi Qu Tan acupuncture therapy in the treatment of the Qi-stagnancy with Phlegm-blocking type OSAHS had little significant effect.3.The acupuncture group and the drug group had differences in the overall efficacy after the treatment,showing that the acupuncture group was superior to the drug group.
