Clinical Research On The Effect Of WenBuXinShenFang In Treating Chronic Heart Failure(syndrome Of Yang Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney)

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of chronic heart failure patients with Wen BuXinShenFang on heart and kidney yang deficiency, Study on the Party of the party in the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with, Cardiac function, cardiac ultrasound, serum BNP, Lee’s failure points and other aspects of the effect,And evaluated the medication safety.Method: The study included outpatient and inpatient hospital affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 60 cases of chronic heart failure patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency, Take the simple random method, 30 patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases. The control group used conventional western medicine comprehensive treatment of heart failure, experimental group in the conventional western medicine treatment plus WenBuXinShenFang. The treatment of TCM symptoms, heart function grading in two groups before and after treatment for 4 weeks, Lee’s failure points, serum BNP level, ultrasound Heartbeat diagram(Stroke volume, SV, CI, cardiac index cardiac output CO, ejection fraction EF, E peak, A peak, E/A) and the indexes for clinical assessment. Change is observed two groups of patients with liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Result: After the clinical medication after 4 weeks of treatment efficacy is better than the real test group patients in the TCM symptoms, cardiac functional grading, Lee’s failure scores of the control group(P < 0.05); Symptom analysis shows that: in experimental group, oliguria, edema improvement aspects were superior to those in control group(P < 0.01), In the chest(pain), fatigue, shortness of breath, aversion to cold, Yaoxisuanruan, spirit is dispirited wait for aspect to improve the situation better than the control group(P < 0.05); The experimental group Heartbeat diagram ultrasonic inspection results much better than the control group(P < 0.05). The two groups before and after treatment of liver and renal function test results did not change significantly(P > 0.05).Conclusion:WenBuXinShenFang in improving the CHF of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with symptoms, cardiac function, reduce serum BNP value and ultrasonic Heartbeat maps for each index has played an obvious clinical effect, To improve the quality of life in patients with CHF and the obvious effect of medication safety, and is worthy of wide application and popularization.
