Asymptomatic Patients With COPD Disease In Smokers Of The Distribution Of Physical Medicine Type Research And Related Factors

Objective: To evaluate asymptomatic smokers with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients and the physical distribution of the relevant factors, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of COPD.Methods: within a district of Jinan compliant smokers lung function testing, 350 COPD patients without obvious symptoms, divided into two groups of smokers, COPD and non-COPD asymptomatic group, physical type of statistical distribution of the study groups case and in general, data will be obtained to establish a database, by one-way ANOVA, chi-square test and other mathematical statistical methods, derived physical type distribution characteristics of COPD and asymptomatic disease risk factors.Results: 350 cases of smokers, 82 cases of asymptomatic COPD groups to Qi deficiency and phlegm largest proportion, followed by heat transfer, mass yang peace and nature, while a relatively small proportion of yin deficiency; non-COPD group 268 cases,to heat transfer and phlegm largest proportion, followed by peace, yin deficiency and Qi deficiency, a relatively small proportion accounted yang quality. Compare significant differences(P <0.05) the physical distribution of the two groups. Asymptomatic COPD group and non-COPD group smoking index, BMI, presence of hazardous substances in the history of contact with a significant difference(P <0.05), suggesting that these risk factors associated with COPD is formed with a certain relevance.
