Clinical Research Of “He Wei Tang”combined With PPI In The Treatment Of Heart And Spleen Deficiency Type Peptic Ulcer With Symptoms Of Insomnia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of “He Wei Tang” combined with PPI in the treatment of heart and spleen deficiency type peptic ulcer with symptoms of insomnia.Methods: Method of reference epidemiology,we collect basic data of clinical peptic ulcer with insomnia. We collect information associated with diagnosis and treatment.According to medical statistics theory and the clinical needs, determine the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, screening into 72 cases of peptic ulcer with insomnia patients standard. 72 patients will be randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(36 cases) will be given “He Wei Tang” Combined with PPI therapy, the control group(36 cases) will be given Estazolam Tablets combined with PPI. The two groups will be treated two weeks for a course of treatment. After treatment, we will have a six months of follow-up study in cured patients to observe the long-term effect. Using SPSS 18.0 software for statistical processing and analysis.Results: In accordance with the inclusion of peptic ulcer diagnosed a standard with insomnia symptoms in 72 cases, were randomly divided into two groups for statistical analysis, the results conform to the epidemiological characteristics of peptic ulcer. Clinical studies show that, in the total efficacy and TCM syndrome curative effect and long-term curative effect, the treatment group was better than the control group. It means that treatment group can improve significantly the clinical symptoms and signs of the peptic ulcer, improve insomnia, and decrease the possibility of recurrence of peptic ulcer. During the two groups were no adverse reaction.Conclusions: Have a good clinical effect of “He Wei Tang” combined with PPI in the treatment of heart and spleen deficiency type peptic ulcer with insomnia symptoms.
