Objective:Guided by Chinese medicine theory, this topic is to observe and discuss the clinical effect of the method of reducing gastric acid and promoting stomach for the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough.Method;Taking Gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough patients as the research object, adopting the research program of prospective random control study,60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by the method of reducing gastric acid and promoting stomach and the control group was treated with Ranitidine and domperidone. According to TCM syndromes of the disease, cough, expectoration and other main symptoms as outcome measures,the development of rating standards, clinical efficacy, before and after treatment of the symptoms, signs, adverse reactions Results;1. Clinical curative effect:the total effective rate was 93. 33% in thetreatment group and 73.33% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). It suggests that the curative effects in the treatment group were better, compared to the control group.2.Clinical symptom:the symptoms of two groups improved dramatically after the treatment, compared to before the treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the indexes such as cough, expectoration, retrosternal heartburn, belching, acid, etc. of the treatment group after treatment had distinctive difference (P<0.05). It shows that both therapies of two groups can improve the symptoms of patients, and the effect of the treatment groupwas better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine method of reducing gastric acid and promoting stomach can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients suffering from gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough, while educing relapse, non-toxic side effects.
