Zhi Bi Tai Capsule To Treat Nephrotic Syndrome Of Lipid Metabolic Disorder Of Clinical Studies

Objective: To observe the Invigorate the circulation of phlegm hair treatment for nephrotic syndrome of lipid metabolic disorder of clinical studies.Methods:IFirst the 64 patients with Nephrotic Syndrome lipid metabolic disorders were asked for a two-week elution period,and then were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each group had 32 cases. Two groups of patients were given the basic treatment of Western medicine, Patients in the experiment group were administered with Zhi Bi Tai capsule(1 tablet each time, 2 times daily, orally after dinner).According to the situation of blood lipids, add in 1 tablet daily or the original dosage continue to use.At the same time give sodium fluoride cut Losartan capsule(80mg,qd).While those in the control group treated with Losartan capsule(80mg,qd).Total therapeutic course was 12 weeks,blood lipid spectrum, lipoprotein, key enzyme of lipid metabolism, indexes, quantitative, 24 hours urinary protein, the clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results:A total of 61 patients completed the 12 weeks observation, 31 cases in experimental group, 30 cases in the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C, the changes were statistically significant(P< 0.05),HDL- C, LPL, LCAT were increased(P < 0.01).For the control group,TC 、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、Lp(a), were also decreased(P<0.01).Comparing with the control group after the treatment,the reduction of TC、LDL-C of the experimental group, were decreased(P< 0.05),LPL、LCAT of the experimental group, were improved obviously(P<0.05).The efficacy of Chinese medicine for individual symptoms of NS lipid metabolic disorders, total efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms and the total clinical effects of the patients in the experiment group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhi Bi Tai capsule with foundation treatment not only can obviously improve the nephrotic syndrome of lipid metabolism disorder in patients with clinical symptoms and signs and can effectively reduce the urine protein, stable patients with early renal function...
