| Purpose:To investigate the treatment and clinical effect of decoction and external application of TCM on tubal inflammatory obstruction infertility,analyze its effect of hemorheology and immune function indicators in patients. Methods:We selected 60 patients with tubal inflammatory obstruction infertility and devided them randomly into experimental group(30cases, treated with decoction and external application of TCM) and control group(30cases, treated with pulingpenyankang particles).Pregnancy rate、TCM Syndrome、Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment,Meanwhile the levels of the blood rheology and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(referred to TNF-α) were measured and compared.Results:In the experimental group,the pregnancy rate is 53.33%,while the control group is 13.33%.So they have significant difference(p<0.05).In the aspect of improving the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the effective rate is 90.00% in the experimental group and 66.67% in the other one. So they also have significant difference(p<0.05). In the change of high-shear whole blood viscosity, rheology shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate index and TNF-α the experimental group is better than the control group(p<0.01).Treatment in the process of two groups were found no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions:decoction and external application of TCM is effective and safe in treating tubal inflammatory obstruction infertility. |
