Objective:Investigate cervical posterior double door in the vertebral canal decompression expansion of keratoplasty using internal fixation(LA vertebral powder) for multiple stages of longitudinal ligament ossification after cervical vertebra disease(OPLL) analysis of the effect of curative effect and prognosis. Methods:Retrospective study of 2013-2015 lines of cervical posterior double door multi-stage construction of vertebral canal decompression expansion for 26 patients with longitudinal ligament ossification after cervical vertebra disease, the male 22 cases, female 4 cases, aged 42 to 77 years old, average 56.4 years, average follow-up time of 13 months, all patients with preoperative routine cervical X-ray positive side and nothing in the past to films, CT scan and sagittal MRI and reconstruction. Clinical curative effect of using Japanese orthopaedic society(JOA) score and imaging examination assessment, and calculate the cervical vertebra CT scan narrow level before and after operation of vertebral canal sagittal diameter, effective computing vertebral canal sagittal diameter period. Preoperative evaluation on MRI images of the compression rate and spinal cord compression of the spinal cord segmental line(SC) classification, and analyze the degree of postoperative spinal cord decompression and SC line classification relationship. Adopting SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, P<0.05 difference is significant.Results:26 patients were successfully completed surgery, follow-up study found that LA pressurized expanding vertebral powder used for cervical posterior double door vertebra canal plasty has obtained the satisfactory curative effect. JOA score period 55%,postoperative decompression with type I SC line, spinal cord compression score averaged 3.77+/-0.42 points preoperatively, postoperatively, on average, 1.13+/-0.34 points; type Ⅱwho get most of the reduced pressure, average 3.86+/-0.35 points preoperatively and postoperatively to an average of 2.73+/-0.46 points; III decompression is not satisfied with, 4.00+/-0.00 points preoperatively and postoperatively to an average of 3.64+/-0.50 points, comparative differences are statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:LA pressurized expanding vertebral powder used for cervical posterior double door vertebra canal plasty OPLL satisfied curative effect, can effectively improve the degree of spinal cord compression, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the prognosis.
