| Objective: From the comprehensive legislation, promoting blood circulation blood stasis, nourish and subdue Qi and resuscitation and eliminating phlegm, heat clearing and detoxifying angle, using the experience of my tutor "Tiao Qi Shen Xia Decoction " in the treatment of acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, and carries on the clinical observation and evaluation of curative effect, to provide new thought and method of Chinese Medicine for the treatment of acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods: From 2014 February-2015 year in January with 60 cases of acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction in patients with the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each group. The control group were treated with routine therapy that is taking Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets basis and the basis of disease treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of taking Tiao Qi Shen Xia Xiao Ji Decoction treatment, 4 weeks as a course. Two groups were observed before and after treatment, overall curative effect(including clinical symptoms and signs of change, the recovery of neural function, blood lipids, blood coagulation and C reactive protein, Homocysteine and other indicators).Results: The total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups, the treatment group(P<0.05); in the lower LDL-C, lipoprotein(a), fibrinogen, C reactive protein and revise the HCY,PDW,MPV, significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, with significant differences, in the improvement of recovery. The clinical symptoms, physical signs of TCM, improve the ability of living and quality of life of patients was significantly better than the control group. During the treatment, the treatment group control group without any adverse reaction.Conclusion: Tiao Qi Shen Xia Xiao Ji Decoction can significantly improve the clinical manifestations of acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, signs, daily life ability, improve the quality of life of patients, regulate blood lipids, improve the blood coagulation, and in low density lipoprotein, lipoprotein(a), fibrinogen, C reactive protein, HCY,PDW,MPV, serum homocysteine, the overall effect is better than that of the control group. Tiao qi is effective, safe and effective treatment of atherosclerosis. |
