Objective:By extracting the corresponding feature parameters frome the pulse information of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in ischemic strokes, correlation analysis of the existence of its corresponding characteristic parameters and clinical diagnosis.Methods:38 cases of patients who meet the inclusion criteria and 38 cases of normal people to fill in information collection table, and pulse signal acquisition using a single probe pressure pulse diagnosis instrument. The data processing was performed by the statistical method.Results:(1)The recovery period of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with T1 value was significantly higher than the control group, the T2 value is lower than the control group;(2) Recovery with Qi deficiency and blood stasis patients of stroke S1 value higher than that of the control group, the S2 value is lower than the control group;(3)Recovery period of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with H is lower than that of control group.(4) Recovery with Qi deficiency and blood stasis patients of stroke T1/T2 value higher than that of the control group, S1/S2 value higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Through the comprehensive analysis of pulse characteristic parameters, determine the model of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of stroke can be established since to pulse feature parameters based.
