Vibration Test Adaptability Study Of The Medical Boxes Group And Medical Equipments In The Non-war Military Operations

During being not war, military rescue operations occupy the very important role in the army daily tasks. The comprehensive medical shelters have played an important role in some rescues. It is an important guarantee that medical equipments can work normally in the complex environment for the rescues. Therefore, to study the adaptability of the medical equipments is very necessary.This thesis briefly introduces high and low temperature test, salt spray test,drop test, electromagnetic shielding test, and electromagnetic compatibility analysis of the medical equipments within the medical shelters. This thesis focuses on the vibration test.It is the operation process of vibration test: Firstly, set the parameters of the vibration controller, and install the test specimen to the vibration table,and use random signals drive the table. Secondly, use acceleration sensor gathering datum, use the LabVIEW software disposing the datum, and obtain the results of the experiments. Finally, determine the resistance parameters of the vibration test.The ultimate purpose of the vibration test is to provide an important guarantee for the military rescues.
