| Objective:To provide helpful experiences and references for the rational use of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis by carding Huoxue Huayu academic thoughts and characteristics of prescription in 《Treatise on Febrile Diseases and miscellaneous diseases》 and combined with contemporary experiences of clinic practice on diseases of blood stasis symptoms.Methods:Try to find rational use of insects Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis through literature retrieval and theoretical study,combing Huoxue Huayu academic origins,summarizing"Treatise on Fedrile and miscellaneous diseases"blood stasispathological method,prescription and medicine academic thought and treating experience of blood stasis disease of TCM clinical thinking.Results:For the first time Zhongjing creates discussions on blood stasis as an independent disease to explain the clinical syndrome and law of blood stasis disease treatment.He inherits and develops 《NeiJing》 "There is therefore not perish"theory.He creates a precedent on tonifying by attacking,slow in the tonic,treating consumptive from blood stasis and the treatment principle of "the combined attack",and points out that "there are relations among the gas,water and blood"with pathogenesis.He creates more than ten prescription on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Based on clinic practice he summarizes insects blood circulation drugs such as Zhechong,Tabanus,leeches,grubs,pillworm,dung,beetles,spiders,honeycomb,turtle shell and so on, and provides guidance and inspiration for contemporary TCM Doctors on treating diseases of blood stasis.Conclusion:Through the research of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis "Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases" blood disease clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, syndrome and treatment, treatment, prescription use rules and insect class, it is helpful to improve doctors’ clinical level for blood stasis disease. |
