Nanofiltration is a kind of membrane separation process between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, the molecular weight cutoff is between 100 and 1000 da and aperture is on the nanometer level. it widely used in various fields in water treatment,such as:food,biological, chemical and pharmaceutical, etc. Membrane technology has widely used in Chinese medicine pharmaceutical, such as microfiltration, Ultrafiltration technology was used to improve the preparation of clarity, Nanofiltration without phase change process can be well applied to the Chinese native medicine preparation technology advantage,but instance of nanofiltration technology applied to traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical is less, and lack of related research. Nanofiltration technology applied to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nanofiltration exist the problem that in the Chinese native medicine preparation inorganic ions and effective components of complex system through the situation is not clear, nanofiltration membrane aperture itself is not clear and nanofiltration membrane pollution problems easily.This paper presents a systematic review on the principle of nanofiltration, applications of nanofiltration technology in medicine and nanofiltration membrane application bottlenecks. And on this basis, firstly, using the sugar material as standard to determine the standard operation method of nanofiltration and aperture calibration method. Then orthogonal design method was used to investigate different effections of different factors on Chinese native medicine preparation nanofiltration intercept on common inorganic ions, ion of Yin and Yang nanofiltration intercept different valence situation. And then by the method of orthogonal design, a common effective components investigated the applicability of Chinese native medicine preparation, analysised the content of each component in nanofiltration before and after change.Finally, select several kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extract for nanofiltration enrichment process optimization.This paper setted up a standard nanofiltration operation method to ensure the accuracy of nanofiltration experimental results; Established a nanofiltration membrane aperture calibration method, provided a reference for determination of nanofiltration membrane aperture, solved the problem of nanofiltration membrane pore size;Investigating Nanofiltration behavior, different ions is get ions to form through nanofiltration membrane, monovalent ions intercept is low, high ion intercept high conclusion, to solve the complex system of TCM and inorganic ions through the situation and inorganic ion impact on Chinese native medicine ingredient nanofiltration behavior; Investigating the applicability of nanofiltration of different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine effective component, nanofiltration applicability is different, having different ingredients neutral Chinese native medicine ingredient nanofiltration behavior is related to its molecular weight, in line with the aperture sieve, ionic Chinese native medicine ingredient nanofiltration behavior is not only related to the molecular weight, and contains charge related, is the common role of aperture sieve and charge effect; microfiltration-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration enrichment process is finally got, from the tht active ingredients of the intercept rate and liquid chromatogram, we can see that the cashier filter not only concentrate on effective components, but also have very good retention, it is suitable for the Chinese medicine extract concentration. In this paper, we studied the applicability of nanofiltration technology in traditional Chinese medicine, in many ways to solve the problem of nanofiltration technology applied to traditional Chinese medicine preparation, for application of nanofiltration to provide the basis for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparations.
