The Controlled Clinical Trial Of Nasobiliary Drainage Injection Of Jia Jian Hua Shi Li Dan Tang To The Huge Common Bile Duct Stone.

Purpose:To observe the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the choledocholithiasis because of the complicated sessions,long-time operation and the poorness of the patients’ condition when the operation of ERCP/EST/EPBD removeling complete common bile duct stone failed first time.Material and method:30 patients proven to be the huge common bile duct stone by the ERCP and the operation failed first time were devided to 2 groups.15 patients received the Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of nasobiliary drainage injection and the other 15 patients received nasobiliary drainage injection of normal saline.2 groups also were combined with the general treatment such as anti-infection,liver protection, acid-suppression and the change of choledocholithiasis was observed after 30 days by the UC and ERCP.Results:the experimental and control group of common bile duct respectively was 0.69±0.63 cm and 2.84±0.80 cm in the 30 th day by the UC;(P < 0.01); the number of the litholysis were 9 patients(60%) and 1 patient(6.67%) in the experimental and control group respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Jia jian hua shi li dan tang is effective to make the choledocholithiasis get smaller,dissolved by the jnjection of nasobilliary drainage.2. Some part of the patients can be avoid to undergo second ERCP operation by the injection of Jia jian li shi hua dan tang by the billiary drainage.
