Objective: Collecting patients basic information and clinical information of the patient with dilated cardiomyopathy, and using echocardiography to obtain the underlying data of cardial function, combined with the relevant parameters to create ultrasonic data warehouse of cardial function, using data mining techniques to establish ultrasound data model of cardial function with dilated cardiomyopathy. Digging out the potential、useful information between the impact of factors and cardiac function. To analyze the trend of the various indicators and get the dynamic changes of the heart function. Offering the probable decision support for dynamically monitor、clinically treat and observe the treatment.Methods: Select 100 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 60 cases of healthy people from 2013.1 to 2015.1. Firstly, we recorded the height、weight、abdomen circumfenceand BSA of subjects; Secondly, checked the basic information and clinical one of the patients(patients with or without dilated cardiomyopathy genetic history, viral myocarditis,the level of blood glucose、blood lipids、blood pressure, whether smoking, whether drinking etc) by the hospital information system. Thirdly, measuring fractional shortening, ejection fraction, cardiac output, cardiac index, early diastolic peak velocity, last diastolic atrial peak velocity, E/A, deceleration time, isovolumic relaxation time), isovolumic contraction time and so on by the echocardiography. This as a data source to create the database,the database management tool is SQL Server 2008.Then use this tool to study the basic clinical information and left ventricular function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, and dig out the potential and value informations between the impact of factors and cardiac function. To analyze the trend ofthe various indicators and get the dynamic changes of the heart function. To built the data model which forecasting the change of the patients’ heart function as soon as possible.Result: To establish the relational database of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy about the basic and clinical information and the datas about cardiac function. And to convert the relational database to the transaction databases. The establishment of ultrasound data warehouse and data model of cardiac function with the normal human and patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, and draw the trend graphs. Analysis the indicators and related factors of heart function, according to the size of the weight coefficient of each index, display the LVEDD,Myocardial mass index,FS,EF,SV,CO,DT,S,D,S/D,Setpal Ea,Latal Ea and other index tend to change in dilated cardiomyopathy. To found that drinking, viral myocarditis,blood pressure can be used as the characteristic indicators.Conclusion: Data mining technology can make full use of the large amount of medical information, which can timely and accurately predict the cardiac configuration by extracting valuable diagnostic rules, and has a certain practical significance of clinical aided diagnosis, as the same time can help the clinic doctors to dynamically monitor、clinically treat and observe the treatment.
