Cardiovascular disease is increasingly becoming a major threat to human health, but because of the complexity of coronary artery structure and the high risk of treatment. It often bothers doctor that how to choose the most appropriate therapy for a patient. Syntax scoring system becomes a counselor after when it was published. However, the usage of the system is very complex, doctors must find the lesion by their eyes and quantize it with their experience, as a result, many doctors can’t afford the time, that make the score system unfriendly for doctors. The doctors expect to have an automated system to extract the coronary artery lesion of patients to compute their Syntax scores.Based on this, this paper design and implement modules including segmentation, three-dimensional reconstruction, topological structure analysis and stenosis extracting. After extracting the centerlines of the tubes, it is possible to analyse the topological structure of the coronary artery, extracting the lesion and quantize the lesion, as a result, we can use it to calculate the Syntax score. In this paper, the several modules and Syntax score are merged to provides a nearly automatic scoring system for doctors except segmentation and centerline computing.In this paper, some real cases are used to test the coronary artery score system, the result is positive.
