Objective:Through investigate the disease factors and non-disease factors in cirrhosis which influence the quality of life of patients with cirrhosis, At the same time, investigated and studied the factors which involved in liver cirrhosis patients with anxiety and depression, Analysis and find out the main factors affecting the quality of life, anxiety and depression of patients with liver cirrhosis.through the interventions, and then we will help the patients improving their quality of life with liver cirrhosis. Methods:The Chinese version of SF-36 quality of life scale was used in 214 cases of cirrhosis in hospital, and collected the relevant data of patients meanwhile. The related factors of disease were disease cause, disease course (from 1 mouth to 30 year), child-pugb、the number of hospitalization(l-25)、surgery, symptoms、sign, complications、anxiety、depression、laboratory etc; the factors of non-disease were age、gender, nationality, culture degree、occupation、marital status、family income、 treatment cost, health insurance. Obeying the normal distribution data, between the two samples were compared with T-test, diversity of the samples compared with One-Way ANOVA, non-normal distribution data using non-paramtric for single factor analysis. At the same time, the total physiological score、the total psychology score, the total average score of the quality of life using multiple linear stepwise regression analysis. The anxiety scale, depression scale and family economic burden talks scale were used the correlation analysis to analyze; the meaningful factors after the single factor analysis were used the classification Logistic regression analysis to analyze.Result:1. Factors influenced the quality of life of liver cirrhosis1.1 From the single factors analysis, the factors affecting the quality of life each dimension in patients with cirrhosis were the cost of treatment, fatigue、anorexia、 dizziness、proportion、economic burden of family、nxiety、depression.1.2 Multiple linear regression analysis1.2.1 The factors influenced the psychology quality of life in patients were fatigue、 breath difficulty、anxiety、depression、WBC and economic burden of family.1.2.2 The factors influenced the physiological quality of life in patients were dizziness、fatigue、abdominal distension、age、anxiety、depression and economic burden of family.1.2.3 The factors influenced the average quality of life in patients were dizziness、 abdominal distension、age、anxiety、depression and economic burden of family.2. The factors influenced in patients with liver cirrhosis which with anxiety and depression. Anxiety and depression in patients with liver cirrhosis incidence were 43.9%,56.5% respectively. at the same time, anxiety combined with depression incidence rate was 40.1%.2.1 From the single factors analysis, the factors affecting anxiety and depression in patients with cirrhosis were symptoms (fatigue, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, breathing difficulty, dizziness, melena), complications(spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, hemorrhage of upper digestive tract), laboratory examination(red blood cell, white blood cell, hemoglobin, prolonged prothrombin time, serum albumin), general situation(gender, age, treatment costs accounted for the proportion of household income), etiology, child-pugh classification.2.2 From the correlation analysis in anxiety, depression and the economic burden of family, each of all were positive correlation.2.3 From the Logistic regression analysis, factors that affect both the anxiety and depression of patients in cirrhosis were loss of apptetite、dizzness、economic burden of family, child-pugh classification. Conclusion:The quality of life in patients with cirrhosis affected by many factors, the main influence factors were the economic burden of family, anxiety, depression and the diseases caused by a variety of symptoms. The main factors Influenced anxiety and depression in patients with liver cirrhosis were the disease related factors and the economic burden of family.
