| Objectives:Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of higher morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in the world, the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in China in recent years has made great achievements. Due to the infection of HBV, HCV crowd is more, hepatocellular carcinoma will continue to be a threat to the health of major diseases. Therefore, search for genes associated with the development of hepatocellular carcinoma, especially the research of molecular markers that could be used for early diagnosis has been the key. This subject is designed to test the expression of miRNA-148b in hepatocellular carcinoma, expecting to provide a new molecular marker of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:The expression of miRNA-148b in the samples determined by using real-time polymerase chain reaction RT-PCR). Samples from hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2, in October 2008 to December 2014 collected 25 cases of HCC in patients with liver cancer and 25 cases of normal liver tissue. Results:The expression of miRNA-148b in normal liver tissue is (45.7534±2.0091), the expression of miRNA-148b in cancer of liver tissue is (0.0009±5.5695), the expression of miRNA-148b in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 is (0.0009± 5.4592), the difference is statistically significant. There were significant differences between the expression of miRNA-148b in liver tissue and cancer of liver tissue. The expression of miRNA-148b in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 were significantly associated with normal liver tissue.Conclutions:The expression of miRNA-148b in cancer of liver tissue and hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 was lower than normal tissue. Indicates that miRNA-148b may play an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. This subject is expecting to provide a new molecular marker of hepatocellular carcinoma. |
