Objective:To combine detection of serum magnesium ion (Mg2+), retinol binding protein (RBP) concentration, for exploring its clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), at the same time, what compared with high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) to find the index; in patients with CHD in the short term (30 days) the change of disease and to provide reference for the identification of high-risk patients. Methods:Randomization for coronary heart disease (CHD) group of 131 cases: according to the clinical diagnosis of 81 cases were divided into acute coronary syndrome (ACS) group,50 cases in stable angina pectoris(SAP) group, according to the GRACE scoring system, the ACS group divided into 16 cases of high-risk group, 26 cases of medium-risk group and 39 cases of low-risk. The same were randomized into control group 87 cases which be confirmed normal coronary arteries by coronary angiography or coronary CT Determination of patients after admission, serum magnesium (Mg2+), high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP),retinol binding protein (RBP), level; and clinical follow-up for a period of 30 days of the CHD cases.Results:1.CHD group compared with control group:RBP, Mg2+level decreased, there was significant difference (P< 0.01), while serum hs-CRP levels were significantly increased, the difference was significant (P< 0.01).The results of ACS group compared with SAP group as mentioned above. 4. Logistic regression analysis showed that in CHD group angina pectoris CCS degree and the level of serum RBP、 Mg2+ levels had negative correlation, in CHD group 30 day readmission rate had a negative correlation with serum RBP level. Conclusions:By combined detection of RBP and Mg2+ levels could make a preliminary forecast.for 30 days of hospitalization rate in of coronary artery disease patients.
