Objective:using the methods of electric chart quantitative analysis by electrical biofeedback instrument treatment for lateral rectus muscle, shares the medial muscle and vastus lateralis muscle strength, discusses the electromyographic biofeedback instrument for the curative effect of knee joint muscle strength to recover.Method:28 patients with knee joint stiffness, the male 19 cases,9 cases of women; The average age of 35.53+/-9.20 (18-55 years of age), the height of 173.89+/-8.72 (159-183 cm), weight of 71.64+/-10.07 (52-83 kg), duration 12.82+/-8.03 (3-24 weeks).Randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 14 cases, the treatment group and control group two groups of patient’s age, height, weight and the course of using the statistical software is used in the comparison, had no statistical difference (P> 0.05), so two groups of patients before treatment generally in the same baseline, comparable. Two groups of patients were given conventional rehabilitation treatment, including kerotherapy, exercise therapy and cold therapy; The control group using conventional rehabilitation treatment;Treatment group was treated by conventional rehabilitation treatment with electromyographic biofeedback (guangzhou crystal crown technology, model 565) treatment. Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment respectively using the methods of electrical diagram (type of Poseidon NDI-092) acquisition outside muscle (VL) shares (RF) and shares within the rectus muscle (VM) of the vibration amplitude of the relative root mean square (RMS), determine the three groups of muscle strength, the changes of the patients before and after treatment, all the data for statistical processing.Results:1, the control group:treatment before stocks rectus (RF) and the intrinsic (VM) shares muscle (VL) of the relative growth of root mean square (RMS) amplitude mean was 9.641+/-10.744,13.380+ /-14.308,13.353+/-14.374 in the treatment of posterior divisions (RF) and shares within the rectus abdominis (VM) shares outside (VL) of the relative growth of root mean square (RMS) amplitude mean was 17.304+/-7.275,16.738+/-8.719,37.27330.945 mm, two groups of data line t test, VL group data were statistically significant (P< 0. 05);The rest of the two groups have no statistical significance (P> 0.05). The treatment group:treatment within rectus (RF) and shares before outside muscle (VL) muscle (VM) shares the root mean square (RMS) mean amplitude of 13.642+/-3.193,12.183+/-9.178, 13.486+/-9.017, in the treatment of posterior divisions (RF) and shares within the rectus abdominis (VM) shares outside (VL) root mean square (RMS) amplitude mean was 32.905+/-22.213,34.373+ /-25.682,74.49961.112 mm, two groups of data line t test, three sets of data are statistically significant (P< 0.05);Evaluation index of treatment group improved significantly better than the control groupConclusion:the conventional rehabilitation therapy can improve the motor function of the knee, but with electromyographic biofeedback therapy effect is more remarkable.
