Objective:This article explores TCM syndrome element of delayed menstruation through the combination of questionnaire survey and syndrome element method, analyze symptoms and syndrome type distribution characteristics.lt aims in providing a new reseach idea of the standardization and objectification of TCM,providing a reference basis for standardization of delayed menstruation TCM diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The questionnaire survey is focused on 104 cases of patients with delayed menstruation in Jiangsu province hospital of department of gynaecology clinic, according to the element of "syndrome differentiation" we find every symptom scale to the weight of each factor, finally calculated the sum of all the symptoms of the syndrome factor weights.If the summary scores are more than 14 points,we will connect it to the judge. Respectively analyze menstrual symptoms, syndrome element and syndrome type distribution characteristics.Results:1.Menstruation related symptoms in frequency sorting order are:the clamp block, dark purple, scarlet menstruation menstruation, acid pain dysmenorrhea, menstrual extension, menstrual quantity is little, dull pain, dysmenorrhea, pain, dysmenorrhea, menstruation is thin thin, menstrual quantity many, menstrual quantity more and less, dysmenorrhea, fixed connectivity dysmenorrhea pain by sex, stabbing pain, dysmenorrhea.2.Other symptoms of the top 10 in the frequency sequence order:lumbar debility, limbs cold, no hot, drink more, local sweat more, god exhausted, breast pain, leucorrhea quantity is little, irritated heat, down color white qi xing, bosom is frowsty.3.The nature syndrome element of the top 10 in the factor frequency order: Yang deficiency, cold, and qi stagnation, blood stasis, qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, cold, dampness, blood deficiency, blood loss. Among them the top 3 enrich syndrome elements are: cold, and qi stagnation, blood stasis. The top 3 deficiency syndrome elements are: cold, and qi stagnation and blood stasis. In the disease nature syndrome factor level analysis, besides Yang deficiency is given priority to with II level (obviously), the rest of the cold, and qi stagnation, qi deficiency and blood stasis, cold, dampness, blood deficiency, Yin deficiency, blood is given priority to with I level (lighter).4.The location syndrome element in the factor frequency order are: uterus, kidney, liver, spleen, mind, heart, tables, and stomach. Nature+nature syndrome type is given priority to qi stagnation + blood stasis.
