Purpose:By observing the patient who conform the clinical diagnostic criteria of Exogenous high fever(severe pulmonary infection),through the method of Yangyinqingre to Fuzheng Quxie,According to western medicine related diagnosis and treatment routine other antibacterial,support, symptomatic treatmen.through observation of clinical index scores and related organ function, infection and immunity index control, judging the prognosis and the severity of the illness, to evaluate high nourishing yin and clearing heat and method on the treatment of Exogenous high fever(severe pulmonary infection) in patients with clinical efficacy, and understanding the advantage of the method of Yangyinqingre for the treatment of Exogenous high fever(severe pulmonary infection), through the research results of this subject,insure the same importantce aboutthe two gas of Yin and Yang, improve the clinical symptoms in the period of patients with yinye injury, strive to improve the clinical efficacy.Method:According to the experience of treatment of tutor in the long-term clinical practice for the treatment of exogenous high fever unique insights and profound card, base on the theory inheritance and development of motherland medicine,combined the result of study o f domestic and foreign literature, using the method of Yangyinqingre to treat the Exogenou s high fever(severe pulmonary infection) of the TCM treatment plan.Foundation treatment g roup in the conventional western medicine of anti infection,eliminating phlegm and stoppin g cough, give oxygen,in nutritional support treatment of patients with contrast(blood+high, sensitivity, C,reactive,protein,chest,radiograph,infiltratesand PCTindex, liver and kidney func tion, interleukin, TNFetc.) and the contrast of the before-and-afterclinical symptoms like cou gh,sputum (phlegm quantity, color), sweating(perspiration quantity), body temperature, stool tex ture, edema, nutritional status, changes oftongue and pulse change, combined with the treatm ent group and the control group, patients with hypothermia duration time, antibiotic use, DD D valueof pulmonary infection score,nourishing yin and clearing heat method on high feve r (final evaluation of the clinical curative effect of severe pulmonary infection).Result:In the study,there are 40 people, male 21, female 19.
