Clinical Results Implant Fill Aggregate Of Different Ways

Objective: The success of dental implants is based on the gum and bone conditions. The bigger diameter and longer length of the implant can’t decide the stability of the implant fixation. Sometimes the bone condition is not good, it is necessary to strengthen the structure. The patient their own bone or artificial was used for grafting, and the appropriate implant surgery was used to improve the success of implant osseointegration.Materials and Methods: The study period was from June 2012 to December, a total of 10 patients, five male patients, five female patients. 24 implants were placed. Patient age was from 45 to 65, the surgery method, implant system and the graft materials were evaluated, the healing time was three to six months, the observation time was six to ten months.Results: Ten patients were evaluated by surgery of repair bone, implant tissue, implant method, and the grafting material. After surgery, the bone around the implant was increased, the change of the implant surrounding tissues will be different between different patients.Conclusion: After the bone repair surgery, the tissue around the implant can still maintain the stability of average height. The good effect of repair surgery was demonstrated. However the organizations change mode was different during different individuals was observed.
