Purpose:The purpose of this article was to demonstrate Swiss notting pure titanium screw post combined with DMG dual curing resin immediate restoration treatment in ten cases with medical report form. Methods:10 cases of acute or chronic pulpitis or periapical periodontitis combined with teeth defect.All the patient required immediately treatment.Endodontically treated teeth used Swiss Notting pure titanium and DMG dual curing resin rebuilt teeth structure immediately,on the basis of periodontitis was controled.The patient should be with a good mental state,no history of drug allergy,teeth defect,excluding severe periodontal disease,cracked teeth.All cases of endodontics post and core preparation and teeth preparation were completed within one treatment. In badly damaged teeth and teeth with short clinical crown heights,the placement of foundation has not been enough to permit the development of retention and resistance form Clinical treatment needed to combine with the crown lengthening operation in order toResult:The patients have no obvious uncomfortable feeling.Post and core without shedding,margin densely and non inflamed gums and other inflammation performance.And X-ray shadow periapical inflammation disappear and significantly reduced after six months.Conclusion:The method is effective that acute and chronic pulpitis or periapical periodontitisafter perfect endodontic and Swiss nottiong post and core treatment.
