Single Tooth Immediate And Delayed Single Implant Retrospective Study Of Clinical Contrast Effects In Aesthetic Area

Aim:To find the influences of immediate and delayed single implant on peri-implant soft hard tissue and aesthetic by clinical contrast.Method:.In June 1st 2008-June 1st 2013 in yantai stomatological hospital to come forward to dental esthetics area of single immediate implant 60 patients were stuied.implanting 60 Ankylos implant, this group of patients in group A patients.Take the same period of 60 patients with maxillary anterior tooth planting 60 Ankylos implant, this group of patients in group B patients,they were delayed implant.The crown were applied on the implant.1,3,6,12,24 months,we need pay attention to the m PLl、m BI、PD、MBL,the PES、the success rate of implant and VAS of 24 months.Analysis of the data was performed by software SPSS17.0.Results:60 patients receive immediate implant,the other 60 patients receive delayed implant,with total 120 Ankylos implants.1.The m PLl、m BI、PD 、MBL of the immediate implant,a litte differences btween delayed implant,there was no statically differences between the two groups.1 month, 3 months, 6months, 1 year,2 years there was no statistically significant differences between the two groups at the same time.2.The PES:PES<8 could be regarded as complete aesthetic failures.PES ≥12 could be regarded as an almost perfect result.5.17% of immediate PES<8,3.44% PES ≥12,the other91.38% showed acceptable result.6.78% of delayed implant PES<8,3.39% PES ≥12,the others(89.83%)showed acceptable result.3.the success rate of implant:Implanted a total of 120 implants, including 2 cases of immediate failure cases,success rate of immediate implants was 96.67%, 1 case of delayedfailure, the success rate of delayed implant was 98.33%.4.the VAS of patients:Immediate planting patient satisfaction was 98%, delayed planting of patient satisfaction was 95%, there was no statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:1.After crown restoration immediate implant and delayed implant can meet clinical requirements, won the good stability of hard and soft tissue and aesthetic effect.2.Ankylos for immediate and delayed implant can achieve good stability of hard and soft tissue and aesthetic effect.
