Objective: This study investigated the possibility to finish implantplacement when meeting the various bony decay to cho ose the different hardtissue management.Materials and methods: The study involves10adult patients fromFebruary to April in2012. Every patient has different bony decay. All surgerywere finished after hard tissue management.The patients were obser ved fromthen on.Results: There are not any infection, looseness, failling even boneresorption.Conclusion: With the appropriate indications, and choosing the correctimplant systems and surgical methods, hard tissue management will elevated thesurgical successful rate.
