Objective The overweight and obesity pandemic are the important risk fators of the elevation of blood pressure and endocrine disorders.In many economically developed,society progress countries, the overweight and obesity are closely related to angiosclerosis,elevation of blood pressure.About three forth hypertension patients with obesity,about two third primary hypertension patients have obesity.Lipotrophic tissues is closely related to elevation of blood pressure and metabolic balance disorders.People have focus on the event that elevation of blood pressure due to obesity.In rencent ten years,reaserches about elevation of peripheral artery pressure due to overweight and obesity have been extensive researched.Central aortic pressure(CAP) was accepted as a symbol of evaluate vascular elasticity and forecast cardiovascular event,the research about relationship between CAP and adipocyte has not been deeply.This research we sought to evaluate the difference of vasoactive agents between the overweight and obese adolescents and normal adolescents,to discuss relationship between overweight and obese and central aortic pressure.Method All the young men in a university were enrolled. Measuring their height,weight and calculating the BMI.According to BMI,all students were divided into overweight and obesity group(A group) and normal group(B group).A total of 190 adolescents were randomly selected from A group and 192 adolescents from B group.Their CAP,PR,SYS,DIA,MAP, arm circumference were measured and vasoactive Substances conclude rennin,angotensinⅡ,aldosterone,vaspin,vit D were tested.Use Independent-Samples T-test to compare the difference of means.There has striking different if P<0.05;Use pearson correlation to analyse the relationship between rennin,angotensinⅡ,aldosterone,vaspin,vit D and CASP. There has striking relationship if P<0.05; Use Multiple linear regression to analyse the influence of independent factors on the dependent variable.There has striking association if P<0.05.Result(1)CASP: The level of CASP is striking different(P<0.05) in overweight and obese group and control group, A group(116.42±11.09) mm Hg is higher than Bgroup( 106.53±10.26)mm Hg;(2)Comparing CASP and SYS in all adolescents,CASP(111.45±11.76)mm Hgis lower than SYS(126.28±13.98)mm Hg, there is statistically different(P<0.05),CASP and SYS were positively correlated( r=0.000,P<0.05).(3)Vasoactive Substances: Levels of serum rennin,angiotensinⅡwere significantly higher in A group than B group(all p<0.05).Whereas levels of vit D,vaspin were significantly lower in A group than B group(all p<0.05),the level of ALD was no significantly different.(4)Pearson linear correlaton analysis showed that:rennin,angiotensinⅡ,BMI,weight,right arm circumference were positively correlated with CASP,and vit D,vaspin were negatively correlated with CASP.PR, aldosterone were no significantly correlated with CASP.(5)Multiple linear regression analysis shows that :The influence of 4 independent factors on the dependent variable from strong to weak: angiotensinⅡ,rennin,vit D,vaspin.And angiotensinⅡ,vit D were mainly associated with CASP(P <0.05).Conclusion(1)BMI,weight, arm circumference were positively correlated with CASP,it said that :Overweight and obesity are closely related to CASP,maybe are the risk fators of elevation of CASP.(2) Levels of serum vit D and vaspin in overweight and obese adolescents are lower than the normal weight adolescents.Whereas levels of renin,angotensinⅡare higher.it said that:Adipose tissue has indirect meaning of pressure and endocrine disorders.(3)CASP was positive correlated with SYS.And CASP was lower than SYS. It said that the elasticity of arterial tree in adolescents is in good condition,even if the overweight and obesity students,the arteriosclerosis in low- level.(4)AngiotensinⅡ,vit D were significant infulence with CASP,and rennin, vaspin were less significant with CASP. PR, aldosterone were no significantly correlated with CASP. It said that the action of vasoconstriction in adolescents has significant influence about elevation of CASP and the action of water-sodium retention has not significant meaning.The research point out control BMI may plays an positive role for CASP and the function of ACEI that reduce central aortic systolic pressure may be more effective than was used to be thought.
