Objective:To explore the change of the serum total N-terminal propeptide of type I procollagen(t-PINP),N-terminal osteocalcin (N-MID),B collagen specific sequences(B-crosslaps, B-CTX) and25-hydroxyl vitamin D (25-OH-D) in Primary osteoporosis patients and relationship among them.Methods:A total of75cases of primary osteoporosis(OP) and48cases without osteoporosis (N-OP) were selected. The variable factors may affect the sample speciemen were strictly controlled, and then the serum t-PlNP, N-MID, B-CTX,25-OH-VD level of two groups were compared as well as compared in different gender in the each group. The correlation of t-P1NP, N-MID, B-CTX and25-OH-VD in the OP group were analyzed.Results:The level of the serum25-OH-VD in OP group was significantly lower than that of N-OP group(r=-2.93, P<0.05).But the t-P1NP, N-MID, B-CTX level in serum between two groups had no statistic difference(t=0.91,0.82,1.13, respectively, P>0.05).In the OP group,bone mineral density(BMD) in male was significantly higher than that in female and serum N-MID level in female was significantly higher than male (t=3.39、2.92,respectively,P<0.05).The t-P1NP, B-CTX,25-OH-VD between different gender was not statistically different (t=0.19,-0.84,0.07, respectively,P>0.05).In OP group,the serum t-P1NP, N-MID, B-CTX and25-OH-VD were not obvious related (r=-0.038, r=-0.155, r=-0.142, respectively, P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of t-P1NP, N-MID, B-CTX have limited clinical value to the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis, Physiological doses of25-OH-VD may be associated with bone protection role, can prevent osteoporosis.
