Objective: The purpose of this study is to advance the level of disease and osteoarthritis with osteoporosis and bone metabolism in patients with serum markers in postmenopausal women in different stages of the study on the relationship between,in order to provide a new view of early diagnosis of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: patients in the period from April 2017 to February 2018,confirmed by the TCM Hospital of Xinjiang autonomous region for the patients with knee osteoarthritis with osteoporosis in 106 cases, serum P1 NP,β-CTX,ALP,OC levels were measured, and the determination of dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(lumbar)and knee joint radiography according to the consensus,Chinese diagnostic criterion of osteoporosis experts(2014 Edition)are grouped into the degree of related disease progression of knee osteoarthritis Kellgren-Lawrence classification, comparison of OA and OP in different levels and markers of bone metabolism changes in the level of correlation statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25 software. Results: different G-score values were statistically significant differences between P1 NP and CTX(P<0.05),22 comparison results showed that the median of moderate postmenopausal osteoporosis was higher than the patients with mild or moderate postmenopausal osteoporosis group(P<0.05 group),the difference was statistically significant, statistically significant differences in patients with different K-L group ALP(P<0.05),the other indexes showed no significant difference. There is a strong linear relationship between G-score and P1 NP and CTX.The correlation test is statistically significant(P<0.001),and has a certain correlation with ALP(P<0.05),but the sample size is still needed to be further analyzed. When G-score was fixed, the correlation between K-L and ALP and OC was statistically significant(P=0.017,P=0.089).Conclusion:(1)patients with mild or moderate postmenopausal osteoporosis can have high metabolic state of cartilage and subchondral bone, which may become a risk factor for secondary knee osteoarthritis.(2)Bone metabolism in patients with severe osteoporosis is significantly higher than that of patients with mild and moderate osteoporosis(3)with the progression of knee osteoarthritis, the level of serum ALP and OC increased gradually, suggesting that osteoblasts activated a lot,and bone formation >bone transformation. This bone metabolism state is similar to bone metabolism state in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients...
