Objective:To investigate the correlation between ambulatory blood pressure changes and white matter ischemic lesions(WML). Methods:A total of106patients were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into absent/mild group and moderate/severe group according to MRI. The ambulatory blood pressure monitor was used to measure the blood pressure level parameters of the patients.Results:①Comparison of two groups of numerical, restructuring the incidence of hypertension, low density lipoprotein are significantly higher than the low group. There were significant differences(P<0.05).②The patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure andcerebral white matter degeneration degree of relationship. The average systolic blood pressure, the highest and lowest systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure, mean24h during the daytime average diastolic blood pressure,24h maximum diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, day and night blood pressure load in the difference between the two groups has statistical significance, P<0.05.③Binary logistic regression analysis indicated that night mean arterial pressure,24hours maximum diastolic blood pressure, NSBP-SD, the LDL, are independent risk factors of WML.Conclusion:The blood pres-sure level, BPV and blood pressure rhythm are the important influencing factors of WML, in which increased NSBP-SD is the independent risk factors for LA.
