Preterm birth is the leading cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality.According to research found that infant mortality rate is very high, accountingfor75%of perinatal mortality. A considerable part of the preterm infantsexistence various sequence, for example, the structure and function of mentaldisorders, nervous system damage etc.. With the development of medicaltechnology, the preterm birth rate has declined, but it still accounted for15%[1]of the total number of birth. There are a lot of research on prediction of pretermdelivery. Firstly,we must find out the risk factors and seek the correspondingpreventive measures. The research progress of risk factors for preterm deliverywere reviewed, in order to cause the attention of obstetricians, providingvaluable reference for the future clinical work. Objective: To observe the risk factors of premature delivery and pregnancyoutcomes. methods:1. Experimental research design: Computer retrieve risk factors andpregnancy outcomes of research, between January2005and January2015.2. Team: Researches relate high risk factors of premature delivery andpregnancy outcomes in various areas.3. Control group: the term birth and neonatal outcome for the same periodas the control.4. Statistical indicators: According to the causes of preterm birth, statisticalindicators include premature rupture of membranes, gestational hypertensiondisease, twins and multiple pregnancy, abnormal position, placenta factor(including placental abruption and previa, placenta implantation), intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy, medical and surgical complications, antenatalexamination number less than five times, history of abortion, etc. Pregnancyoutcome indicators, mother outcomes include cesarean section cases, postpartumhemorrhage, etc; Fetal outcome indicators include body weight below2.5kg,RDS, neonatal death, etc.5. After extracting data from selected literature, we made meta analysisapplication RevMan5.3software, results: Combined OR or RR value and the95%CI were4.72[4.20,5.30] for premature rupture of membranes,3.55[2.87,4.38]for gestational hypertension diseas,3.63[2.74,4.81] for twins and multiplepregnancy,0.07[0.05,0.08]for abnormal position,5.74[3.90,8.74] for placentafactor (including placental abruption and placenta previa, placenta implantation),4.81[3.24,7.16] for intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy,4.08[2.57,6.48]for medical and surgical complications,2.61[2.10,3.23] for antenatalexamination number less than five times,2.61[2.10,3.23] for history ofabortion; Combined OR value and the95%CI were0.93[0.80,1.08] forcesarean section cases,2.22[1.62,3.05]for postpartum emorrhage,8.67[7.37,10.19] for body weight below2.5kg,3.07[2.45,3.86] for RDS,6.08[3.73,9.90]for neonatal death. Conclusion:1. The factors influencing premature are more, including premature ruptureof membranes, gestational hypertension disease, twins and multiple pregnancy, abnormal position, placenta factor (including placental abruption and placentaprevia, placenta implantation), intrahepatic cholestasis disease, pregnant womenmedical and surgical complications, antenatal examination number less than fivetimes, history of abortion. All of risk factors for preterm delivery,9studies werehigher than the control group.2. Preterm births increased adverse pregnancy outcomes. There is nodifference between mother of cesarean section rate and the control group. However, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage increased.we should pay moreattention to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Low birth weight newborn, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal mortality rate increased. That should take into account andactively deal with the adverse situation, to reduce the neonatal death.
