Study On Evaluation Of MSCT Perfusion Imageing On Fuzhenghuayu Capsule In The Treatment Of Liver Fibrosis Of HBV

Background and objective: Hepatic fibrosis is a common consequence of injury and repair process of various chronic hepatic diseases, which not only is an important pathological feature of chronic liver diseases, but also is the development as a necessary stage of cirrhosis. At present, in our country, chronic hepatitis B is the main factor to cause cirrhosis of the liver, however, liver fibrosis is reversible, early diagnosis and effective treatment of development will contribute to the inhibition of hepatic fibrosis, and liver fibrosis to a certain extent, reduce the occurrence of liver cirrhosis. MSCT perfusion imaging is a new method for noninvasive assessment of tissue and organ blood perfusion, which is able to evaluate liver tissue perfusion from the capillary level, reflect the degree of liver fibrosis.Fuzheng Huayu capsule is a traditional Chinese medicine compound,which has the efficacy of anti fibrosis in the treatment of chronic liver diseases, and is used widely in inteatment of domestic. Our research used the state of MSCT perfusion imaging on liver function analysis, to evaluate curative effect of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule in the treatment of liver fibrosis,and to provide objective basis for the effect of Fuzhenghuayu capsule in the treatment of liver fibrosis evaluation.Methods:Collected cases treated in our hospital from 2012 June to 2013 December,hospitalized cases and some outpatient cases 80 cases, confirmed the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients through clinical, laboratory and imaging examination were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with conventional treatment including reducing enzyme and symptomatic treatment. The antiviral therapy was selected with lamivudine 100 mg once daily, oral. Treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group and was treated with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule, a grain of 0.13 grams, 5 pills each time, three times a day, oral. The course of treatment was 24 weeks, and not taking other anti fibrosis and mediate immune drugs. Detection of changes of serum HA, LN, IV-C, PC III two groups of patients before and after the change, MSCT perfusion, PVP, HTP observations of ALP, HPI, BF, BV. And selected 40 healty without hepatosplenic lesions were served as normal control group.Result:The two groups of serum liver fibrosis indexes of HA, LN, IV-C, PC III before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05), after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.05), and the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.05). Two groups of MSCT perfusion parameters before treatment, ALP, PVP, HTP, HPI, BF, BV levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Two groups of ALP and HPI parameters after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and there were significant difference(P<0.05), two groups of PVP, HTP, BF, BV parameters after treatment than before treatment significantly increased, and there were significant difference(P<0.05), and the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group treatment later, there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Huayu capsule has obvious anti fibrosis effect, which is able to significantly improve the liver fibrosis in patients with serum HA, LN, IV-C, PC III index and MSCT perfusion parameters ALP, PVP, HTP, HPI, BF, BV level, the statistical significance before and after treatment. MSCT perfusion imaging would quantitatively reflect the hemodynamic changes of the liver and to assess the degree of liver fibrosis, and provides objective basis so as to effect of Fuzhenghuayu capsule in the treatment of liver fibrosis evaluation.
