OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to dynamically observe the changes of perfusion parameter, body weight, liver volume and pathological changes by scanning beagle dogs of hepatic fibrosis at different pathologic stage and analyze its hemodynamic changes and pathological changes. This study aimed to approach the law and values of hepatic perfusion parameter changes in hepatic fibrosis.Materials and Methods:①Methods of hepatic fibrosis in dogs: Fourteen beagle dogs , with an average age of 2 years old(male, body weight: 14±2 kg) were included in our research. to conform version of hepatic fibrosis , all cases were injected carbon tetrachloride from abdominal cavity, ad alimentary control.②Observe index: checking liver volume, body weight, doing CT plain scan and perfusion scan , doing liver puncture biopsy every two weeks.RESULTS:①Values of CT perfusion parameters change in different hepatic fibrosis degree. The HAP in stage S1,S2,S3,S4 was 11.85±0.73ml/(min?100ml), 15.23±0.81ml/(min?100ml), 18.48±0.76ml/(min?100ml), and 23.56±1.85 ml/(min?100ml), respectively. There were no statistically significant between stage S1 and stage S4(P>0.05). The HPP in stage S1,S2,S3,S4 was 75.56±4.72ml/(min·100ml), 71.35±5.36ml/(min·100ml), 64.58±6.04ml/(min·100ml), and 57.34±4.76ml/(min·100ml), respectively. There were statistically significant between stage S1 and stage S4(P<0.05). The TLP in stage S1,S2,S3,S4 was 87.24±7.90ml/(min·100ml), 86.94±8.25ml/(min·100ml), 84.30±7.65ml/(min·100ml), and 81.35±8.43 ml/(min·100ml), respectively. There were no statistically significant between stage S1 and stage S4(P>0.05). The HPI in stage S1,S2,S3,S4 was 13.58%, 17.52%, 21.92%, and 28.29% , respectively. There were statistically significant between stage S1 and stage S4(P<0.05). The difference of HPP,HPI between stage S3,S4 and S0,S1 were statistically significant(P<0.05).②The comparison of perfusion parameters between control group and hepatic fibrosis group: HPP in the normal control group and hepatic fibrosis group of S4 were 80.36±4.59 ml/(min·100ml), 57.34±4.76 ml/(min·100ml), respectively, There were statistically significant between control group and hepatic fibrosis group(P<0.05). HPI in the normal control group and hepatic fibrosis group of S4 were 10.75%, 28.29%, respectively, There were statistically significant between control group and hepatic fibrosis group(P<0.05).③Relationship between body weight and hepatic fibrosis degree. With the progress of hepatic fibrosis, body weight and liver volume decreased steply. Pearson correlation index between body weight and TLP was 0.23(P<0.01). Pearson correlation index between body weight and HPP was 0.42(P<0.01), Pearson correlation index between body weight and HPI was -0.385(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:①As a non-invasive functional imaging, CT perfusion imaging can react hemodynamics change of affection earlier before morphology changes. So HPP, HPI can react hemodynamics change with different hepatic fibrosis degrees.②With the progress of hepatic fibrosis, the values of HPI increased gradually, however,HPP trended to decrease with the different fibrosis degrees.③There were certain correlation between body weight, liver volume, hepatic fibrosis degrees and different injection time.
