Clinical Study Of QLY On The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Syndrome

Objective: Observed Qingluoyin(QLY) in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)Syndrome of Dampness-heat syndrome clinical efficacy;To evaluate QLY impact on the quality of life of patients with RA and security. Methods: 45 RA patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group(25) were treated with QLY 200 ml, twice a day;the control group(25) were treated with methotrexate 5mg qw + celecoxib 100 mg bid. Both groups were treated in three months for a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy was observed morning stiffness and joint tenderness number, number of swollen joints, joint tenderness index, joint swelling index, joint functional classification, TCM syndromes,CRP,RF,ESR and other laboratory markers of change before and after the treatment, the doctors and the patients’ overall assessment of disease activity, and treatment on the patient’s quality of life and adverse reactions. Results:Treatment of RA in the over ACR efficiency, improve the RA joint symptoms(morning stiffness,joint pain,joint swelling,and joint function) and part of the laboratory parameters(CRP, RF, ESR), similar to the role of the control group, no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but to improve the patient’s quality of life, overall function and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is superior to the control group,the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions lower than that of the control group,statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion:QLY can significantly alleviate morning stiffness of RA patients,joint pain,joint swelling, improve joint function,lower ESR,RF,CRP,and can significantly improve the patient’s overall functioning and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, improve the quality of life of patients, and the adverse low reaction occurs, the treatment effect is similar to the control group, it is effective, safe treatment of RA herbal preparations.QLY through multi-component,multi-target mechanism of action play an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and regulation of the immune role effectively achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of RA, worthy of clinical application.
