The Research About Blood GAS, MTL And SS’s Level Change Of Ganweiqizhi And Weiyinbuzu Tcm Types Of Chronic Atrophy Gastritis

ObjectiveDetecting blood GAS, MTL and SS ’ s level change of Ganweiqizhi and Weiyinbuzu TCM Types of Chronic Atrophy Gastritis to discuss the relationship of above gastrointestinal hormones and Chronic Atrophy Gastritis,by means of parallel controlled trial. MethodsDivide the chronic atrophic gastritis patients which fits the pathological diagnosis according to diagnostic criteria of traditional Chianess medicine into two groups including Ganweiqizhi and Weiyinbuzu Types,each group 30 cases,as the experimental group.And 30 cases randomly selected from heathy people as control group.Using radio immunity method to measure level of each blood specimen GAS,MTL and SS.Finally discusses the relationship of above gastrointestinal hormones and Chronic Atrophy Gastritis in different types with statistical methods. Results1.Serum gastrin( GAS) radio immunity test results: compared with healthy controls, Ganweiqizhi and Weiyinbuzu TCM Types group have higher levels of gastrin-releasing(P<0.05); Ganweiqizhi group and Weiyinbuzu group between the experimental group, the expression of Ganweiqizhi group GAS is higher(P < 0.05).2.Plasma motilin( MTL) radio immunity test results: compared with healthy controls, Ganweiqizhi and Weiyinbuzu TCM Types group reduced levels of MTL are significantly decreased(P < 0.05); Two experimental comparison, the expression of MTL has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).3.Plasma Somatostatin(SS) radio immunity test results: compared with healthy controls, Ganweiqizhi and Weiyinbuzu TCM Types of inhibition experiment were significantly reduced(P<0.05); Ganweiqizhi and Weiyinbuzu between the experimental groups, Weiyinbuzu group SS expression of lower(P < 0.05). Conclusion1. Ganweiqizhi syndrome and Weiyinbuzu syndrome patients with CAG that thei r blood GAS and MTL is higher than those of normal groups,SS’s level is lower th an those of normal groups.2. Comparison between the two type of syndrome and found that stomach Yin de ficiency syndrome GAS level is lower than the Ganweiqizhi syndrome, Ganweiqizhi s yndrome SS levels below the Weiyinbuzu and MTL level has no obvious difference be tween two card type. Experimental results show that the change of blood GAS, SS,M TL level and Ganweiqizhi syndrome and Weiyinbuzu syndrome patients with CAG ha ve correlation.
