Shenhong Ningxin Capsule In Patients With Diabetic Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenhong ning xin capsule on diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis).Methods:We selected 60 cases of DCAN(qi-deficiency and blood stagnation)patients met the inclusion criteria using Randomized and controlled ways,and divided into the treatment group and the control group,The treatment group containing 30 cases were given basic treatment+mecobalamin tablet+Shenhong ningxin capsule,the control group also containing 30 cases were given without Shenhong ningxin capsule,treatment for 3 months.Both sets of patients were evaluated by the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome point,heart rate variability.Results:1.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome:two groups after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points before treatment were declin ed,but the treatment set after treatment were superiored to the control group after treatment;the effective rate of treatment group was 93.3 %,better than 66.7% in the control group(P<0.05).2.the Fasting plasma glucose,Post- prandial blood glucose and Hb A1c:two groups after treatment of FPG,Postprandial blood glucose and Hb Alc were reduced,but the treatment group after treatment has no statistical differences compared with the control group(P>0.05).3. The Time domain index of HRV: two groups after treatment of SDNN, RMSSD, SDANN, PNN50 were increased,but the control group of 4 indexes were not statistically significant between before and after treatment(P>0.05);Treatment group of SDNN,SDANN,R MSSD,PNN50 which has statistically different after treatment(P<0.05), and treatment group of SDNN, SDANN has statistical differences after treatment(P<0.05), RMSSD, PNN50 has significantly different vis-a-vis the control group after treatment(P<0.01).4.The frequency domain index of HRV:the treatment group of LF,HF, LF/HF which has difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05);The control group after treatment of LF which has statistical difference(P<0.05),but HF, LF/HF, which has no statistical difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05); the treatment group of LF, HF, LF/HF which has a significant difference after treatment compared with control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenhong ningxin capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy(qi-deficiency and blood stagnation) patients,and effectively decline the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome poin- t,advanced the heart rate variability index(time domain and frequency domain index), improved the autonomic nervous function,remarkable efficacy.
