Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiang Zhi Ding Yi Fang in children with Tourette syndrome.Methods: According to the random grouping will be 60 cases included in the standard of tourette syndrome associated with attention deficit of children according to the proportion of 1:1 was divided into two groups, respectively give strong ambition on Qiang Zhi Ding Yi Fang(Chinese traditional medicine group) and Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets(western medicine), a total of treatment for 3 months, and followed up for half a year.Observe the patient’s symptoms and signs of change and the long-term curative effect.Results: 1. main symptoms compared in the TCM group and Western group total effective rate respectively for 93.3% and 76.7%, reduction points rate respectively for(68.12 ± 19.206)% and(51.95 ± 19.606)%, two group compared are has significantly differences(P<0.01); attention points TCM group and the Western group total effective rate for 90% and 66.7%, reduction points rate respectively for(54.11 ± 18.297)% and(40.23 ± 17.766)%, There are significant differences in the two groups(P<0.01); impulsive-hyperactive group of TCM and western medicine group are 93.3% and 73.3%, reduced hours, respectively(52.00±15.253)% and(45.39±19.440), no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). 2. aspects of TCM syndrome of Chinese medicine and Western medicine group are 93.3% and 60% respectively, reduced hours, respectively(56.09±12.989)% and(32.52±10.683), there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01). 3. the Group of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group, the adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05), tcm group than the control group; security, no differences compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of Qiang Zhi Ding Yi Fang in the treatment of children with TS is significantly better than that of Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets,and has lower rate of adverse reactions.
