The Clinical Research On The Yinxushuiting Type Liver Cirrhosis Ascites With The Treatment Of Ziyinlishui Prescription

Objective:In modern medicine comprehensive therapy on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine compound Zi YinLiShui Prescription in treatment of cirrhosisascites patients,observe and summarize the clinical curative effect and its security, clear its function advantage。Methods: Will be included in the standard of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into experimental group and control group;Control group(30 cases) to stay in bed,protect liver enzymes,sodium limit water limit, diuresis,albumin supplementation,antivirus,anti sense of conventional western medicine treatment,etc。Experimental group in the control group treatment on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine compound ZiYinLiShui frying take orally,daily dose。Two groups with 2weeks for a period of treatment,two course statistical results,such as clinical symptoms and signs,hepatic function,blood coagulation four,on average 24 h urine, abdominal circumference,body weight,abdominal ultrasound(width of hepatic portal vein, splenic vein width, thickness of spleen etc),depth of ascites to determine the clinical curative effect of Zi YinLiShui Prescription。Results: After the treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 96.3%,control group total effective rate was 76.67%,compared two groups,P<0.05,there are significant differences。Conclusion:In modern medicine comprehensive therapy on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine compound ZiYinLiShui Prescription in treatment of cirrhosis ascites can enhance clinical effect.
