| Objective:To treat the Parkinson’s disease In the early with the Zhenchan decoction which has the curative effect Dispelling dampness and Eliminating the wind and to observe the clinical effect. So as to verify the clinical feasibility of treating the Parkinson’s disease from Endogenous wind caused by Hot and humid and probe the mechanism of Parkinson’s disease caused by Endogenous wind Related to the Hot and humid. Explore new ideas and methods of Chinese medicine to treat the Parkinson’s disease.Methods : 60 patients were chosen according to inclusive criteria and divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given beauty ba and Zhenchan decoction, while the control group only took beauty ba,initiative to 125 mg,1 times a day,the person that weigh 3 times a day. Four-week is designated as a course of treatment. Then to evaluate the clinical effect and test the integral change of the Unified Parkinson’ s Diseases,rating scale and UPDRS) spirit,behavior,and ability of score,daily life ability score,athletic ability score and TCM syndrome score results from Parkinson’s disease,And Beauty ba amount change.Results:At the end of the study,there were 3 patients we couldn’t get in touch in each groups. We thought they were shedding cases.The total effective rate is 85.19% in treatment group and 62.96% in control group and the statistical analysis showed that clinical total effective of the treatment group was better than the control group(P=0.001<0.01).Meanwhile the treatment group can improve clinical signs and symptoms,and also with the integral change of TCM Syndrome,Unified Parkinson’ s Diseases,rating scale and UPDRS score,and Beauty ba amount change.Conclusion:The Zhenchan decoction with the effect of Dispelling dampness and Eliminating the wind can improve the clinical symptoms effectually and the capacity of daily life and social behavior,also with the ability of psychological and social adaptation. The method of Dispelling dampness and Eliminating the wind has evident effects in curing Parkinson’s disease. |
