Curative Effect Observation Of The Kidney-invigorating Method In Acupuncture Treatment Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective: To observe the effect of the kidney-invigorating method in acupuncture treatment periarthritis of shoulder,so as to optimize the scheme of acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods: Periarthritis of shoulder patients who accord with the standard were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group received the kidney-invigorating method in acupuncture,30 cases in control group used conventional acupuncture therapy. And pain of the shoulder, function and activity of the shoulder joint and daily life activities ability were used as observation indexes, observation records in the two groups before and after treatment in the patients,and comparison.Results: Each scores after treatment were improved as compared with that before treatment in two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,there was a obvious difference between the two groups in the score comparison(P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group. The treatment group and the control group total effective rate was no significant difference(P>0.05);but there was a significant difference between the two groups in the cure and efficiency rate were 90% and 53.33% respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:Two methods treatment periarthritis of shoulder are effective.But the treatment group treated with the kidney-invigorating method in acupuncture in improving the cure and efficiency rate and reducing the pain of the shoulder, ameliorating the function and activity of shoulder joint and improving the ability of daily life is superior to conventional acupuncture,and more worthy of popularization and application.
